3D DARI Motion System
The LiveWell Recharge Center on the Dallas campus features the DARI motion system, an innovative 3D motion-capture system that will help to identify imbalances in posture, mobility and stability.
This quick and simple test will provide real-time feedback that you and your Exos coach can use to analyze your range of motion and reduce your risk of injury.
The DARI motion system will be available to Children’s Health Team Members & Providers* from the Plano and Dallas campuses.
*Must be in-person at the LiveWell Recharge Center on the Dallas campus. Access to the LiveWell Recharge Center will require a reservation.

Exos coaches are on-site at the Exos Performance Center in Specialty Center 2 offering in-person Strength & Conditioning classes to complement your Exos app experience. Classes are held Tuesday at 6am and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 12pm.
